There is a Link Contact feature on iPhone in iOS 11/10 or below where you can link all your duplicates contacts in one contact for the same person.
Launch Phone app from Home screen
Tap on Contacts tab
Tap any Contact name
Next tap on Edit in the top right corner
Then Scroll down and Tap ‘+” link contacts
Now select all the duplicate name of the contact
Next Tap Link and Done
After you have done, you have now one contact for the same person.
